☼ MATERIAL
- The Sleep Cloud exterior cover is made from GOTS certified organic cotton.
Composition
- Cover fabric GOTS certified Organic Muslin
- Tube filling- Poly fibre
- Mattress pad foam
- When required, unzip the bolster tube and remove the mattress cover for
- The cover can be easily removed and washed.
- The mattress pad itself rarely needs washing, shaking and sun drying is enough.
- Bolster Tube: Machine wash Cold,lay flat to dry
- Mattress Cover Machine wash cold, hang to dry
- Mattress Pad - Do not wash. Wipe clean, air dry in strong sun.
- Do not bleach, use mild detergents and do not use any temperatures above 30°C as this will ruin the organic cotton.
- Make sure that any stains are properly dried as damp spots on products may allow mould to develop.
☼ SAFETY INSTRUSTIONS
- Place your baby in the Sleep Cloud on a flat hard and stable surface, make sure not to place it on the edge of any surface. Always in the middle.
- Never leave your sleeping baby without supervision.
- Make sure to place you baby in the middle of the Sleep Cloud away from the bumper sides.
- Tummy time must always be supervised
- Incase the baby is swaddled, please ensure the swaddles sides do not come undone or untucked and in the baby’s way.
- Do not leave any toys, pillows blankets or other loose items in the Sleepcloud.
- Check regularly for damaged seams and similar, damages must be fixed immediately
- When it comes to your baby, you know best. Trust your gut and do what you think is correct. Exercise caution, keep common sense on your side, always be aware of baby even when baby is sleeping.
- Baby Jalebi cannot be held responsible for the misuse or mismanagement of the Sleep Cloud. Use with care and follow basic safety guidelines.

Standard Shipping is SAR 80, All orders are shipped with in 24-72 hours. Once verified.
Express shipping charges may vary as per your location.
Personalized products can not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

How can I pay for my order ?
There are several secure payment options to choose from at our Checkout.
You can checkout via using our secure payment gateway RazorPay where you can use your international credit or debit cards.
You may alternately also use PayPal at check out to securely complete your transaction as a guest or a returning PayPal member.
We currently do not offer Apple Pay on our website due to international monetary regulations.
What are your shipping options and Delivery times ?
We currently offer two modes of shipping internationally.
Standard Shipping – Standard Shipping is charged at a very nominal price starting at USD
9.99 only and takes a standard delivery time of 6 to 12 working days.
The goods are securely shipped via International Speed post and delivered directly to you.
Express Shipping – We also offer an express shipping option that uses FED EX / DHL / ARAMEX to deliver your order to you in 4-6 Business days.
The cost for this option is calculated at the time of check out based on your location and
products being ordered.
How do I track my order once it is confirmed ?
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email and whats app message from us confirming the same.
Most orders ship out within 48-72 hours from our warehouses and you would get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking details of your order.

Could there be any additional charges on my order?
The shipping charges on our website and at the time of check out are final – you would not be asked to ever pay additional shipping charges.
However, since we ship globally, in some rare cases, certain countries may have additional duty charges based on your countries local laws and customs regulations. This is a customs / government charge that you would need to pay directly to your country’s customs department and not a charge that we levy.
I have only received part of my order, where is the rest ?
All our products are beautifully packed in their own individual signature boxes. If you have ordered multiple products, each product will ship separately in its own packaging.
This sometimes causes the complete products of the order to arrive with in a day or two of each other.
Rest assured, your complete order will be with you soon.
What are your Returns, Exchanges and Refund policies ?
We do not offer exchanges or returns on our products due to them being shipped globally. However, in the rare occasion that you are dissatisfied with you purchase due to product defect or order related issue, please do reach out to our customer care channels and we would be more than happy to offer you an immediate and appropriate solution either via refund or replacement.
