When you shop with Baby Jalebi, it is our topmost priority to deliver quality products and to give you the most enjoyable and hassle-free online shopping experience. Keeping this in mind, our Returns Policy is also safe, easy and transparent.

 

Shipping – 

We ship worldwide

  • Standard shipping Services - Free standard shipping and a shipping speed of maximum 14 business days with tracking updates in 2 to 3 Days. Rest assured you will receive your products in the above mentioned timelines.


**Please note that in Kuwait certain area codes may require self pick up form your local post office.

  • Express Shipping Services via ARAMEX COURIER SERVICES - This shipping charge is calculated at the time of check out and offers a shipping speed of under 7 business days direct to your door regardless of your location. This service provides multiple on route tracking updates.

 Most of  our products Ship with in 24 -72 hours of order confirmation.

 Once shipped – you will receive a message from our us with your tracking number and regular updates on your parcels status.

 Our delivery times to you vary between 10 – 14 working days in Standard Delivery and 7 working days in Express Shipping.

 For express deliveries  at an extra charge please reach out to our customer care

 If you have ordered multiple products – they would ship in separate boxes and at times it can take up to 48 hours for the complete order to reach you  from the time your first parcel arrives.

 Please do note, In correct mobile numbers, pin codes and addresses can not be updated once goods have shipped and the product would be delayed in reaching you as they would first be returned to our warehouses and then re-shipped to you.

 Baby Jalebi will always try its level best to get you your parcels before time – however unprecedented delays due to Govt restrictions , Rains , Floods and any beyond our control situations would require your patience while we work to get your goods to you.  

 

Returns - 

In which cases can I return the product?

Note : Personalized products CAN NOT be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

We urge you to ensure the sizing , specifications and personalization details of the product before finalizing your order.

 

In the rare event of a quality issue with your product – we would immediately reverse pick our defective product and replace it with a new one.

This process can take up to 10 working days, your satisfaction is extremely important to us and we thank you in advance for your patience.

You can return a product in the following two scenarios:

  1. A product is damaged. Baby Jalebi has a highly stringent Quality Control Department; however, at times, a few hitches might go unnoticed.
  2. Wrong item delivered.
  3. ALL our products have a 3 month warranty period, if your product has any quality issue such as

- bedding – colour bleeding
- Diaper bag – Zip snag or material abrasion
We are happy to repair or replace your product.

However if the product get damaged due to use over time or an accessory gets lost, Baby Jalebi cannot be held responsible to repair or replace the product 

If you want to return the product for any other reason apart from the above-mentioned ones, please get in touch with our Customer Service within 48 hours from the receipt of delivery. Exchanges / Replacements –

 Note : Personalized products CAN NOT be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

 For NON Personalized Products –

 If upon receipt of your product you would like to exchange it with another colour or another product  – please do get in touch with our Customer Care.

 In General below are the steps for this type of exchange / upgrade –

1)      You would need to courier the product back to us.

2)      Upon receipt at our end we would send you a confirmation and then dispatch you a new product at no extra shipping cost J

3)      In case of a difference in pricing due to a product upgrade – our customer care team would collect the new balance payment via a payment link or through  cash on delivery through our courier partner.

 


When can I return the product?

Please get in touch with us within 48 hours from the date of receiving your shipment.

Products returned after 1 week of receiving will not be accepted back.


What is the returns procedure?

Step 1 Call our Customer Service on +91 8588850079 between 10.00 a.m. and 7.00 p.m. (IST) from Monday to Saturday. You can also email us at wecare@babyjalebi.com .

Please mention your name, order number & the reason for return.

Step 2 Once your returns request is validated over phone,

You will need to ship the goods back to us at the below given address, the courier charge for return will be borne by the customer not Baby Jalebi.

Baby Jalebi does not provide reverse pick up service at the moment.

Step 3 After receiving the package, we will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return by our Quality Assurance Team, we will ensure that we replace or exchange the product as per your wish. Or we can issue a merchandise credit for the same amount.

Your returns issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving the return package from you.


What is the Return Policy for the discounted products?

Baby Jalebi does not offer replacements on discounted or season-end sale products.


Terms & Conditions for Return:

1. The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Baby Jalebi Quality Assurance Team.

2. The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.

3. The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you (at your request).

4. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED, OPENED OR SOILED CONDITION.

5. If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a credit note for the same. (Validity for the credit note is three months from the date of issue). Store credit given to the customer is not transferable to other user/s.


Will I get a full cash refund on return of order?

No. Baby Jalebi does not offer cash refund. We only offer store credits to shop in future on babyjalebi.com

Once a payment has been made & product(s) are delivered. The customer can return the products back to us incase they are unhappy with the same. (Please note PERSONALISED products CANNOT be returned or exchanged)

We are happy to exchange the product for you or issue a credit note valid for a year.

We DO NOT issue cash refunds.
